Race Season 2006

My last race last season was at Eagle Creek in Indianapolis. This was the first Olympic Distance race I've done (1.5K Swim, 40K Bike, 10K Run); I finished in under 2:30!

After the race, it was nice to have loyal fans awaiting. Those people who are not Ashley and I are Elizabeth and Joshua Munz.




This year's season has been a slow start due to weddings and my dissertation work. Weekends are more about writing and less about racing - which may be a trend for a while. I have some short road races scheduled (5Ks, 4-milers) to keep up my fitness and have a little fun. I hope to do a triathlon the weekend of July 7 in Culver, IN; I'll keep everyone posted. - G
