Well, we made it back from our three week trip, feeling really rested and thankful for the wonderful travels.
We stayed with our good friends Maura and John in Chicago on Thursday night after flying in to the country. They made sure that we stayed up until at least 10 (which felt like 4am to us) to help us get over the jet lag more quickly.
Over the next week or so, we'll be posting the "missing spots" from our trip that we just didn't have time to put up.
We're using this blog as our form of journaling the trip, so you'll just have to humor us as we post and write about everything that is missing so far. Like London for example, we spent 5 fantastic days there and haven't had a chance to put up anything! We'll get to it soon.

Hello - My name is Deanna and I found your blog Via Marens and that was via Andrea which was via Christy Nelson whom we were friends with when they lived in Lafayette. I LOVE your awesome Photos from Paris..... My husband is a local french teacher and I know this may seem strange but is there anyway I could get some copies.... Not ones that are personal with your photos but such as the Bikes....Tour Eiffel.... I have only been there once and we a 18 month and 6 month old in tow so not too many photos. I'm so glad to know that someone enjoyed the photos so much! I really enjoy the challenge of trying to get good ones, so it's great to hear that someone else can enjoy them as well. I'll put the Paris photos on Ofoto (the Kodak Gallery website) sometime this week so that you can order prints from the site.
