My new room.

This past weekend, Ashley and I worked very hard putting Eden's room together. It was a storage room for a while, but now that we've got all the components it is her room (that happens to double as a guest room ... no Eden won't sleep in there when we have guests, so don't be hesitant to visit us!)

Ashley was the planner ... quite cozy, huh?

She's actually sleeping in her own room now. Saturday night (October 11) was her first night ... weird stuff was happening with the monitor (kept making spooky noises) so at 3:45 AM Ashley went in and slept in the extra bed (which we call "Eden's bed"; her crib is "Eden's crib"). By night 2 the spooky monitor stuff was better and Ashley slept in our room, Eden in hers, and all was right with the world.

Although it is not complete (curtains and other fabric remain to be purchased along with a rocking chair and decorations for the walls), it sure is nice for our little girl to have her own room.
