why yes it is. i had no idea i picked such an expensive flower to be my favorite when i told graham about them :). i've always loved them but didn't know what they were. are they cheaper in indiana ;)?
they are cheaper b/c they grow everywhere! Just be careful, Peonies open from buds into flowers b/c Ants live in them!
