When you have a child, the experienced tell you, "They grow up so fast." Honestly, that statement is void of meaning until you experience the day-t0-day happenings of a newborn. I mean, you listen to the words, respond "Uhhuh," and then wonder what "fast" means. Then, your little one starts to grow up ... fast.
It seems like just the other day Eden was all wobbly trying to lift her head. She could lift, hold for 2 seconds, then "Wham!" her head would fall down. Then, all of a sudden ... full head lift with movement side-to-side and an attempt to push up with her arms (with modest success at this point).
They grow up so fast, indeed!
