playtime

Although we've written it before, here's some more proof that Eden loves everything to do with books. Playtime now consists of her signing "book" and us saying, "Go get one, and we'll read it." Then, Eden crawls over to her books, grabs one, and begins reading. Of course, it also includes pulling all the books off the shelf, but she generally starts to "read" once they're all down.

Of course, that's not her only playtime activity. She also enjoyes peek-a-boo ...

... and hugging Dot, her new owl, while resting in her chair.

She also likes hiding from us, then having us find her. One of her favorite places is behind the recliner.

All that play makes Eden a hungry baby. As you can tell, though, eating and playtime are not mutually exclusive activities ...
