After the Exploreum, we met Nona and Aunt Sarah at McAlisters for lunch. For the past several months, Eden becomes quite ticklish right before bed or nap time. So, it was no surprise that (an hour or so past her normal nap time) she was all laughs during lunch ... which was fun both for us and the tables around us.
Ashley was pleased that we finally did take a family photo ...
Of course, no nap time is complete without some sweeet tea ...
... okay, we didn't really give her the sweet tea - but she did enjoy eating the ice and saying "Aaaahhhh" into the rather large cup.
Thankfully, our strategy of keeping Eden up past her normal nap time didn't backfire on us, and Eden slept nearly the entire way to Jackson. At this point, we were about half way through our trip and excited to rest for a day at the rez before heading to see Britton and Courtney. More about those adventures to be written soon.
