For Christmas, Eden wanted to get Mama II some speakers for her computer and have me set up video viewing capability. Now, Mama II can see Eden's videos in the comfort of her own home!
Then, Eden's cousin Emily came to visit. Eden was especially impressed by Emily's pretty skirt ... she kept reaching for it, studying it, then attempting to eat it.
After visiting at Mama II's house, we drove over to David's Catfish House - a staple in the Brooks family diet - for lunch. Although we took her portable highchair, we did not need it for very much of the meal.
In an attempt to holdoff Eden's inevitable LSU fanhood, her Aunt Denise showers her with Auburn paraphernalia (which is especially appreciated by me - hopefully dressing her in Auburn gear can do the trick). This time, she got a cute, pink winter hat with AU on the front.
After lunch, we went back to Mama II's house and played with Eden's cousins, Wes ...

Around 1:00, Eden started yawning and rubbing her eyes - our sign to pack up quickly and get on the road. She slept almost the entire way back to Mobile, making the drive quite pleasant and easy. We were glad to see the Brooks family and to visit with Mama II. Eden told us when we got back that she can't wait to go back ... see y'all soon!
... and Evan, and Evan's girlfriend, Emily.

Then, Eden was surprised by her cousin Alicia ... so exciting to meet new family! Alicia was also happy to meet Eden, but much of her smile was the result of successfully completing another semester in nursing school - congratulations, Alicia!
