This morning, after she had finished her breakfast, Eden was playing in the den. On our new summer schedule, generally when she plays after breakfast, I am sitting at the dining room table drinking coffee and thinking about how cute my daughter is ... this morning she decided to add to that belief. As she came waddling over with a block I figured it was just another, "Look what I have dad." Instead, she handed me the block then began doing the sign for bird (flapping her hands). When I looked down, there was indeed a bird on that block!

After telling her what a good job she had done, she smiled and went on her merry way. Then, of course, she decided it was time for her morning constitutional. After a few grunts, she waddled back over and did the sign for diaper change! That made two days in a row! Cute and smart ...a lethal combination.
