May Travels: Visiting Purdue

The last full day we were in Indiana, we made a trip to campus. Eden was quite impressed with her parents' old stomping ground ...

... and people were quite impressed with her ...

After the stop at the front office, we ventured through Beering to see who we could find. Our first stop was Ashley's old office ... knock, knock ...

Across the hall lives Ashley's advisor, Josh Boyd. He has two children, the youngest of whom is about two years Eden's elder. Funny enough, Eden and Josh matched!
Josh's next door neighbor is Robin Jensen, one of our blog's biggest fans! Robin and Jake lived up the hill from us in Lafayette. We miss them being able to come down for a quick visit ... but Eden got some good QT in (and especially liked all the fun things in Ms. Robin's office).

Of course, you can't go to Purdue without visiting at least one fountain ...

As we approached, Eden kept putting her hands in the air and humming ... a signal of the water going up in the air and the fact that you can feel the mist ...

And as we left the building, we were both blowing like the wind ...

Ashley was just impressed, and said it felt strange at the same time, to have her daughter walking along the sidewalk with her.

All that visiting sure did tucker her out.
